Registered Nurse Supervisor

Join our dedicated team at TLC Nursing Center at 212 Ellen St., Oneonta. We are committed to providing high‑quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the nursing department, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and coordination of care.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high‑quality care.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care delivery, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other health‑care professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs to enhance nursing practice and resident care.
