Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Travel include:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and other relevant information
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Travel include:

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
• Current BLS certification
