Rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends (United States of America)
Pay range for this position:
- Registered Nurse:
May be eligible for $15,000–$20,000 sign‑on bonus and $2,500 relocation bonus. - Licensed Practical Nurse:
May be eligible for up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus and $1,500 relocation bonus.
Deliver nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis, establishing nursing care objectives, defining nursing interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends to understand their conditions, medications, and self‑care skills.
Maintain and review physician prescriptions, communicate the nursing care plan and pertinent information to the health‑care team, and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
Develop nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining residents, documenting physical and psychological status, and considering social factors.
Teach healthcare requirements by establishing resident care goals and instructing residents, families, and friends about condition management, medication use, and self‑care skills.
Evaluate resident care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes, reviewing records, re‑evaluating care objectives, and modifying the nursing care plan as needed.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy resident care environment by following infection‑control policies, medication administration procedures, controlled‑substance regulations, and organizational standards.
Keep resident care equipment operating and supplies stocked by following operating instructions and established procedures.
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to and from the facility, and direct, plan, and coordinate the workflow of nursing assistants and other nursing personnel.
Maintain competence in nursing capabilities outlined by leadership and perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) – active license in the state of practice at the time of hire.
- Preferred: 1–3 years experience working in a clinical or long‑term care environment.
