• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the correct answers to customers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written and spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and dedicated to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Colorado: $27.50–$34.80 per hour, etc.). This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, with ongoing equity and pay equity efforts.
