• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language
• Operate a virtual, customer‑facing role, using video communication software and documenting interactions for accurate records

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and PTIN
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through exceptional service
• Excellent customer‑service skills and confidence interacting via video and audio tools

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
