Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to search and deliver the right answer to customers in everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from home or office.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and dedicated to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
