Job Description About the Role

A growing boutique CPA firm is seeking an Experienced Tax Senior to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, consistent client interaction, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations
• Assist with tax planning projects and year-round client advisory work
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information
• Support workflow management and mentor junior staff as needed
• Conduct research on tax issues and help deliver practical solutions
• Work effectively in a remote environment with a high level of organization and accountability

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Proficiency with common tax software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing work
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
