What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with the Controller to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company growth objectives
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reconciliation
• Lead the month-end closing process and prepare accurate financial statements by the 10th calendar day of each month
• Assist in coordinating annual financial audits and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Enhance the utilization of the Unanet ERP system to support company growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

• At least 7+ years of accounting experience
• Minimum of 5 recent years working in government contracting
• At least 3 years of managerial experience or as an Accounting Manager
• Proficiency with Unanet ERP is required
• B.A./B.S. in Accounting or Finance; MBA/MFA and/or CPA a plus

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
