- Contribute to the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Provide guidance on technical accounting issues, utilizing knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
- Assist in coordinating audit activities with external auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews
- Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts by developing and maintaining internal controls
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and enhance decision-making processes
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and technical accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex accounting concepts
- Detail-oriented with a focus on optimizing processes and systems
- Experience in a publicly traded company or with a Big Four accounting firm
- Demonstrated success in process improvement projects
- Experience with complex transactions or mergers and acquisitions
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting software, particularly Workiva and Net Suite
- Strong presentation skills and experience interacting with executive leadership
