Full-Time | On-Site / Hybrid (Optional)
About the FirmWe are a fast-growing, forward-thinking Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm based in Bend, Oregon. Built on fiduciary principles and long-term thinking, we serve high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with a thoughtful, client-first approach.
As our firm continues to expand, we are adding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) to strengthen our accounting and tax capabilities and support a growing base of referred clients.
The OpportunityThis role is ideal for a CPA or EA who wants a stable platform, a strong flow of incoming client referrals, and the opportunity to grow alongside and within a modern wealth management firm. Prior advisory or wealth-management specific experience is not required. An existing book of business is welcomed and viewed as a strong plus. You will work closely with firm leadership and support staff while maintaining autonomy over your accounting and tax work.
Compensation structure is highly customizable based on fit, based on full vs. part-time employment, bringing a book of business, and involvement in the firm. Equity in both the accounting and wealth management side of the business is also negotiable based on fit within the firm. Initial salary range is a general guideline, but by no means a ceiling.
