• Process incoming invoices with accuracy, ensuring correct vendor setup and GL coding
• Monitor the AP inbox and route inquiries to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Onboard new vendors and maintain up-to-date vendor records
• Reconcile vendor statements and corporate credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end activities and ongoing AP process improvements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Ability to manage routine, deadline-driven work in a remote setting
• Basic understanding of invoices, vendors, and accounting terminology
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate issues as necessary

• Experience with platforms such as Airbase and Ramp is a plus
