- Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via web-based e-billing systems and troubleshoot errors
- Assist with e-billing for complex clients, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and accuracy of invoices
- Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and resolve reduced or rejected invoices
- Provide technical support and customer service related to e-billing processes
- Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts
- Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (vLookup and Pivot Tables)
- Proficient with Outlook and Adobe Pro
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while contributing to a team
- Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
- Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
- AA or BA degree
