OverviewWhat You'll Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join our team in Newnan, GA. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering flexibility for some remote work. The Accounting Manager leads a portfolio of accounting engagements and helps scale the CAS department. This role owns day‑to‑day client delivery, ensures high‑quality and timely close/reporting, coaches and develops team members, manages engagement budgets/scope, and partners closely with the CAS Partner to build and implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a consistent client experience.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or related field) preferred.
- CPA or EA (or progress toward credential) preferred.
- 5+ years of outsourced accounting/CAS or public accounting experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing engagements and/or leading and developing team members.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and the full close cycle; able to review complex journal entries and financial statements.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills and a demonstrated service mindset.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- High proficiency with accounting technology (Quick Books Online/Desktop) and Microsoft Excel; comfortable learning new systems.
