Billing & Collections Coordinator

• Ensure accuracy of order setup to facilitate proper reimbursement
• Conduct daily reviews of orders for billing readiness
• Perform follow-up and collections activities on assigned accounts to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Recommend receivables for refunds, adjustments, or write-offs as necessary
• Initiate resolution of billing holds in collaboration with order processors

• High School diploma or GED required;
  Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of related experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
• Knowledge of billing and collections processes with attention to compliance
• Strong communication skills for conducting inquiries and collaborations

• Experience in accounts receivable follow-up and collections activities
• Ability to prepare and submit insurance appeals for denied claims
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements related to billing
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
