Staff Accountant

Overview

We’re Growing – Join Our Accounting Team! We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. If you have 2–3 years of accounting experience and a passion for accuracy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is 100% in office position with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities.

• Work closely with our Controller and finance team
• Support monthly close and reporting
• Keep our financial records organized and precise
• Collaborate across departments
• Work directly with the Controller and accounting team to support monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Help maintain organized and accurate financial records and support continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Collaborate across departments and with senior finance leadership to deepen your knowledge of the business
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Excel skills and accounting software knowledge
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with month-end close processes and/or tax compliance
• Familiarity with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus, but not a must.
