Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
