This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Fairhope, AL. The Accountant will manage and oversee financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, handling tax documents, and collaborating with management to establish budgets and financial strategies. The candidate will also assist with financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Expertise in Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Knowledge of Tax Preparation, Compliance, and Reporting guidelines
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Experience with Accounting Software and ERP Systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA Certification or equivalent is a plus
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and collaborate with team members
• Previous experience in small business accounting is a plus
