This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller, based in Boca Raton, FL, with opportunities for partial remote work.

Maintain clean, accurate books and cash visibility across multiple vendors, PEPM billing models, and vendor payouts.

• monthly bookkeeping (Quick Books or similar)
• PEPM revenue
• Bank accounts
• Vendor invoices (TPAs, carriers, PBMs, platforms)

• P&L
• Cash flow

Support CPA / tax filings

• 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Subscription or PEPM models
• Healthcare, insurance, benefits, or payroll is preferred

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Solid foundation in Accounting practices and principles
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
