• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practice owners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their financial needs, goals, and challenges.
• Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations in a clear and accessible manner.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized financial plans, emphasizing their unique practice dynamics.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and our Accounting Team, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and business best practices.
• Prepare additional financial reports as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial industry.
• Audit or financial accounting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into understandable insights.
