AR Specialist Contractor

• Oversee daily accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy in student revenue channels
• Submit invoices on external partner portals and resolve complex billing issues
• Monitor and process incoming payments while researching unidentified payments
• Reconcile revenue for assigned student channels weekly and during month-end close
• Lead collections efforts on delinquent accounts while providing excellent customer service

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting functions

• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite and Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple demands effectively
