Remote- must be local to South Florida.
Salary Range: $65,

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Month
  - End close
• Prepare daily financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards
• Generate, review, and follow up on daily revenue and labor reports
• Perform daily accounts payable and purchasing activity
• Assist with monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis and reporting
• Prepare and file monthly sales, occupational, and communications tax returns
• Maintain the General Ledger
• Post and prepare journal entries
• Reconciliations

Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• 5-6+ years of full cycle accounting and month end close experience.
• Net Suite experience required
• Quick Books, Great Plains or ADP experience highly desired
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
• Excel:
  Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs.
