Role: Accounts Payable Associate
Position Type: Direct hire
Rate: $53k-$58k
Worksite Type: Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)
Responsibilities- Process and code vendor invoices and employee expense submissions
- Verify invoices against supporting documentation
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and balances
- Maintain and update vendor records
- Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Execute weekly payment runs
- Investigate and resolve payment issues
- Record daily transactions and process remote bank deposits
- Generate and reconcile purchase orders
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of recent accounts payable experience
- Experience with Quick Books online is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
