Job Title: Accountant II

The Accountant II will support core accounting and reporting functions during an ERP transition. This role will assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables under the guidance of senior accounting staff. It is ideal for a junior‑level accountant looking to gain exposure to large‑scale ERP transitions within a structured, high‑functioning finance team.

• Prepare and post journal entries in Lawson
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations in Blackline
• Assist with variance analysis and month‑end close support
• Support audit preparation and documentation
• Maintain process documentation and internal controls
• Partner with senior staff to ensure reporting accuracy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Strong Lawson (Infor) and Excel skills required
• Blackline experience preferred
• Healthcare background a plus, not required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
