Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Bookkeeper located in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing bookkeeping operations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Additional responsibilities include managing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and utilizing accounting software for financial reporting.
Coordination with the finance team will be essential to maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Bookkeeping and Journal Entries
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software for financial management
- Skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Quickbooks Online Expirience is a must
- Prior experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role is a plus
