Job SummaryAs an Accounts Receivable Specialist at The Splash Lab USA, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s accounts receivable processes. Your primary responsibilities will include tracking incoming payments, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining reliable financial records. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to streamlining the billing process and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
- Produce and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve any discrepancies (inbound and outbound calls, emails, etc.)
- Track incoming payments and reconcile accounts regularly.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation of all transactions.
- Generate regular reports on aging accounts receivable and cash flow forecasts.
- Cash applications to AR
- Prepare weekly AR reporting with commentaries
- File sales tax for assigned states
- Collaborate with staff and clients to improve billing processes and resolve queries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance team.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Quick Books Desktop, Acumatica).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
