Senior Financial Controller - REMOTE

In this role, you will be the operational finance leader tasked with enhancing accounting operations and financial reporting processes. • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close process, including financial reporting deliverables.
• Review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain rigorous balance sheet integrity through standardized reconciliation processes.
• Lead improvement initiatives in general ledger processes via automation and systems integration.
• Partner with the Controller to evolve team structures and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive modernization by reducing manual work and enhancing data accuracy through ERP tools.
• Collaborate closely with multiple departments for clean, timely financial inputs.
• Support external audits by coordinating documentation and managing requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with monthly close and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, preferably Net Suite.
• Experience improving accounting processes through automation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on execution.
