Staff Accountant

• Prepare weekly statement/invoice files, review exceptions, and verify invoices and adjustments in accordance with company policy
• Load and reconcile daily cash receipts from various sources, ensuring accurate application to customer accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up with customers to resolve outstanding balances
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including analysis and reporting of AR balances
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and assist with gathering audit requests as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts receivable or billing
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based environments
