AR & AP Specialist

• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable processes
• Support day-to-day operational accounting activities, including AR and AP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment
• Generate and send accurate invoices and credit memos to customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting function (AR, AP, billing)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Experience using Net Suite for accounting processes
• Familiarity with RCM billings and medical claims management
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
