Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Remote Position: 100% remote with a flexible schedule from the comfort of your home or office.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package with a Base Pay Range for this position in various locations.
