We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Accounting Clerk to join our team at Affordable Landscaping Services. This is a full-time, remote position based in Tucker, Georgia.

As a Remote Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of our company. Your main duties will include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will also be responsible for assisting with payroll and tax preparation.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and submit invoices to clients
• Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quick Books preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with payroll and tax preparation processes
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred
• Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection
