This Controller role with be working on-site in the general St. Paul/East metro area. This client is also flexible with occasional working from home as life happens. This position will report to the CFO and will have several direct reports. This position will have broad exposure in general accounting. This is a growing company that is active in the M&A space.
Responsibilities- Month end close
- Internal Controls
- Cost Accounting
- Variance Analysis
- GAAP compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- CPA is preferred
- Public accounting preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- GAAP knowledge
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
