• Lead monthly financial reviews and provide strategic insights to business owners
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in Quick Books Online
• Assist clients with financial forecasting, decision analysis, and business strategy
• Oversee and mentor junior accountants to ensure quality and efficiency in bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support advanced payroll processes and human resources functions
• Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure smooth tax filings

• Required:
  
  5+ years of accounting experience, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Preferred: CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar certification

• Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
