Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a well-established and growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable experience within a complex corporate setting.

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices
• Strong understanding of invoice matching, vendor payments, and related workflows
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams
• Comfortable contributing to process improvements and system transitions

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing payments and code invoices accurately
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and internal controls
• Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and review statements
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Document AP procedures, assist with training materials, and serve as backup for team members
