• Conduct complex audits of individual and corporate income tax, ensuring compliance with Arizona tax laws
• Collect and analyze data, plan and organize audit procedures, and prepare detailed reports
• Research complex tax issues and resolve taxpayer appeals fairly and accurately
• Educate taxpayers on tax law and ensure compliance through the audit process
• Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum two (2) years of related experience as an Auditor or equivalent experience
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Knowledge of individual income, corporate income, fiduciary, and withholding tax policies
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax reporting/accounting systems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field
• Experience with Continuous Improvement/LEAN methodologies
