• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support tax preparation and filing processes as needed.
• Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
