Getaround is Looking for a Detail-Oriented Staff Accountant (Remote)!
Do you love crunching numbers and keeping things organized? Are you passionate about the sharing economy and sustainability?
If so, then Getaround, the world’s leading car sharing marketplace, wants you on their team! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting team.
In this remote-first position, you’ll play a key role in:- Supporting the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with various accounting projects, including internal controls and financial reporting.
- Partnering with the FP&A team to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- A CPA license (required) and experience with public and corporate accounting (10+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in the tech industry.
- A passion for car sharing and sustainability!
