Bookkeeper – Dental Advisors

At Eisner Amper, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Dental Advisors team.

• Manage month‑end accounting services for assigned clients, including posting journal entries, researching and correcting account discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of internal financial statements.
• Work with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Recognize non‑routine accounting, investment, and tax issues, and suggest solutions after research.
• Maintain client files and supporting documentation.
• Assist colleagues with projects.

• 2+ years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience with general ledger maintenance and financial reports.
• Familiarity with Quick Books Online.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Associate’s degree or related coursework in accounting (preferred).
• Certified Quick Books Online Advisor (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with and develop team members in person and remotely.

• Reliable high‑speed internet connection for remote work and video conferencing.
