This is a high‑visibility role reporting into senior accounting leadership, working closely with FP&A, Treasury, AP/AR, and operational leaders across 30 business units. You’ll be stepping into a role that blends technical accounting, leadership, and process improvement, with strong exposure to acquisitions and a multi‑entity environment.

• Own key pieces of the month‑end close, including more complex areas such as payroll, accruals, intercompany, and acquisition‑related entries
• Review staff accountant work and act as a go‑to resource for technical questions and issue resolution
• Partner with operational leaders to resolve accounting questions and improve processes across the business
• Lead and review balance sheet reconciliations and help ensure accuracy across the GL
• Support audit activities and assist with internal controls and process enhancements
• Play a key role in onboarding newly acquired entities, including purchase accounting and integration into the consolidated financials
• Drive special projects tied to system improvements and process standardization

• 2–4 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Must be able to commute weekly to office located within St. Louis Metro Area.
• Strong foundation in GAAP and core accounting processes
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment
• CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
