Position Title:
Assurance / Audit Manager (Associate & Senior Level)
Firmly Required, no exceptions: A minimum of 1 year of full-time audit experience with a public accounting firm.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary $90,000.00 - $, plus bonus, incredible benefits, Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), recharge weeks after peak times with reduced hours, programs for paid family leave, medical leave, and maternity/paternity leave, retirement benefits, featuring a top-tier automatic profit-sharing plan. Expectation of only 1,375 - 1,500 hours per year!
Location:
This position is located in Ft. Wright, KY and requires a hybrid on-site / work from home schedule. Our client is willing to have this position become Hybrid, but having an office presence for new hires is important to their company culture. Our client is willing to have this position work 3 days in the office and 2 from home (with Busy Season exceptions).

Our client, a prominent full-service accounting and business advisory firm in the Southeast, is seeking professionals to join their team as Assurance Manager / Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager. In this role, you will deliver compliance and consulting services to their tax clients, engage in collaboration with clients and senior leadership, select a specialty area of your interest, and continue advancing your expertise through ongoing learning opportunities.

- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and driving success within the team.
- CPA license or willingness to obtain one within the first year of employment.
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time audit experience with a public accounting firm.
- Prior experience in public accounting, particularly managing multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
