Job Description Maximize cash flow by taking inbound and auto dialer calls on patient accounts. Help patients understand their pharmaceutical charges and assist with inquiries. Document and execute account reconciliation through adjustments and refunds. Monitor and manage payment errors and reversal reports on a weekly basis. Maintain an accurate accounting of each member's balance due. Critical Information This is a fully remote position.

Core work hours are M-F 08:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST with some flexibility needed. Education/Licenses Needed Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred. Benefits:
