A-Line Staffing is now hiring Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative in Woonsocket, RI (Fully Remote / Work From Home) . With company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative Highlights Contract assignment:
Approx. 6 months based on attendance, performance and business needs
Schedule:
40 hours/week , Monday–Friday , 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:30 AM–6:00 PM EST Work setting:
Fully remote (phone-based) — inbound + auto-dialer calls to collect payments Class start:
On or around May 25, 2026 Required availability:
Must be able to work the assigned schedule and be flexible for training sessions as needed Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative Responsibilities Take inbound and auto-dialer calls related to patient accounts to maximize cash flow Help patients understand pharmaceutical charges and resolve questions/concerns Maintain accurate tracking of member balances due Document and execute account reconciliation, including adjustments and refunds as applicable Monitor and work payment errors and reversal reports on a weekly basis Accurately document activity and outcomes while following applicable privacy guidelines Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative Requirements Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years in a work environment (related experience required) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong data entry / typing skills Understanding of Accounts Receivable Strong PC skills;
ability to navigate Microsoft Office and the internet Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Work-from-home requirements (must have): A quiet, private workspace with no interruptions (per HIPAA guidelines) Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative
