Senior Accountant – Hybrid (Full-Time) – Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year – Bonus – Permanent position.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Mortgage Industry team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work model, offering the flexibility of combining remote work with on-site office collaboration. You will be part of a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of urgency in completing tasks and assignments. Our ideal candidate is a leader, problem solver, and excellent communicator with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, specifically in the mortgage industry.
- At least 2 years of tax or audit experience.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and tax codes.
- The ability to work toward or have already met the 150‑semester unit requirement for CPA licensure, either under current or grandfathered standards (a CPA license is a plus).
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills, leadership qualities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, with a high degree of urgency in completing tasks and assignments.
- The capacity to embrace and encourage ongoing change and improvement, and empower staff at all levels to provide feedback and to personally make changes.
