Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a part‑time, work‑from‑home position that balances your life and career? This role offers the opportunity to support businesses remotely, focusing on non‑profit accounting, with a schedule of traditional business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).

What You’ll Do
The responsibilities are organized into key areas. Your day will evolve as you progress, but you will:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Support the client onboarding process for all assigned engagements.
- Execute accounts payable and receivable management, bookkeeping entries, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with managers and Associates to maintain client satisfaction through timely communication.
- Manage day‑to‑day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
- Identify and recommend additional services or tools that create client value and efficiency.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in recurring team and one‑on‑one video check‑ins to align on goals.
- Show confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.
- Accept coaching and feedback, implementing changes to meet team and client objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience in the non‑profit industry.
- 1+ year of transactional accounting experience using Quick Books or Net Suite.
- Experience in a multi‑client environment preferred.
- Capacity and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships within processes and budget.
- Passion for client delight and support of businesses.
- Commitment to confidentiality of client data.
Pay Range
$30 – $40 USD per hour.
