Professional Practices Audit Manager - Atlanta; Remote

Overview

Cherry Bekaert, one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the country, delivers innovative assurance, advisory, and tax services. We are looking for an Audit Professional Practices Manager to join our growing Professional Practices team. This role supports the assurance service line by providing end‑to‑end support on audit methodology, quality control, integration of acquired firms, audit process and innovation, and technical accounting.

Lead various projects and support strategic initiatives within the team and the assurance service line. Work closely with audit teams across commercial industries to ensure high‑quality audits and continuous process improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license and certification
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Excellent project management, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Appreciation of audit quality and standards
• Experience navigating firm acquisitions is a plus

• Pay Range: $107,700 – $150,800 (salary determined by role, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and location)
