DIRECT HIRE!! We are seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for one of our non‑profit customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounting and financial functions, including payroll, billing, financial analysis, and budgeting. The CPA will work closely with the state’s contract requirements and must be proficient in Sage 100 Accounting Package and Excel. This role offers flexibility with work‑from‑home options.

The office is in OKC, so the ability to work in OKC majority of the time and in Tulsa once a week is also an option.

REFERRAL BONUS: $500 for qualified candidates

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and submit payroll, billing, and financial statements in compliance with state regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct write‑up work and maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize Sage 100 Accounting Package and Excel to manage financial data effectively.
• Understand local and federal tax laws.
• Manage highly sensitive and confidential information.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Proficiency in Sage 100 Accounting Package and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work from home as needed.
• Strong planning and organization skills; dependable and punctual.
• Full understanding of the full life‑cycle of accounting from the opening of a financial period to close.
• 5+ years of verifiable evolving experience in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliation, benefits, and report filing.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Auditing and compilation experience.

• Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
