Tax Supervisor - CPA firm - $110,000/year + bonus

About the opening:

• Hybrid schedule:
  Tues, Wed, Thurs in-office;
  Mon & Fri work from home
• Base compensation up to $110k

Responsibilities:

• Supervise tax engagements following firm and professional standards
• Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and resources
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Review tax returns and work papers
• Conduct tax research projects
• Communicate project status with clients and team members
• Provide training and supervision to team members
• Maintain technical expertise in various tax areas

Qualifications:

• BSBA in accounting
• CPA credentials and/or advanced degree highly preferred
• 5 to 8 years of public accounting experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
• Experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Pro System fx Tax
