Remote Cost Accounting Manager

Cost Accounting Manager (99% Remote)
Location: Remote (Monthly onsite required in Winona, MN)
Compensation: Competitive + 10–15% Bonus

• Lead cost accounting processes including inventory, WIP, and product costing
• Own key components of the month-end close, especially early close activities
• Analyze variances and translate findings into actionable insights
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Enhance ERP data and reporting (Navision/AS400 preferred)
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows

• 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Strong understanding of inventory, WIP, and cost structures
• Experience with ERP systems;
  Navision or AS400 preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
