Repli is seeking a hands-on Accounting Operations Specialist to support our Head of Accounting and help improve the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our invoicing and receivables processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, identifying inefficiencies, fixing problems, and helping create scalable processes.
You will work closely with the accounting team, customer success teams, and regularly with customers themselves to ensure invoices are accurate, receivables are collected efficiently, and financial processes remain organized as the company continues to grow.
- Manage accounts receivable workflows and monitor aging reports
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices
- Work directly with customers when questions or discrepancies arise
- Ensure timely and accurate collections
- Generate and review customer invoices within Quick Books
- Ensure invoices reflect correct services, pricing, and contract terms
- Identify billing errors and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Work with internal teams to ensure billing information is accurate
- Support the Head of Accounting in maintaining accurate financial records
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of invoicing and AR records
- Improve documentation of billing processes and procedures
- Help identify opportunities to automate or streamline accounting workflows
- Identify inefficiencies in invoicing and receivables processes
- Recommend improvements to systems and workflows
- Help implement operational improvements alongside the Head of Accounting
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams when billing issues arise
Ensure internal teams understand billing procedures and expectations - Maintain professional communication with customers when needed
- Highly detail-oriented

Required Experience
- 2–5 years of accounting, billing, or accounts receivable experience
- Strong experience using Quick Books (required)
- Experience managing invoicing and AR workflows
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding billing
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Experience with accounting automation tools
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hub Spot
Salary & Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000

Work Location
This role is based in Georgia and requires in-office presence at our Suwanee HQ at least two days per week.
