Here’s what you can expect:

• Roles are 40+ hours/week and client-facing — designed for professionals who are ready to contribute at a high level from day one
• Most projects are 3–4 month sprints (plenty of variety, never stale)
• Some longer-term or interim engagements available based on client needs
• Project industries span:
  SaaS, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT Services, and even Blockchain
• Majority of clients are VC- or PE-backed and scaling fast
• Remote-first flexibility — with occasional hybrid roles depending on the client’s location
• Yes, we’ve even had clients in Hawaii (so don’t count yourself out!)

You’ll work on things like:

• Month-end close, GL clean-up, and reporting
• Revenue recognition and ASC 606 support
• ERP implementations and system transitions
• Building scalable accounting processes from the ground up

What we look for:

• 2–6 years of accounting experience (foundation in public accounting strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, close processes, and reconciliations
• Self-starter mentality — you know how to jump in and get things done
• Curious, adaptable, and energized by client-facing work
• Ready to build a consulting lifestyle, not just take a gig
