AR Analyst - Government Contracts - FAR

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, Work From Home on Fridays)

• Progress Billing / Defense-Based Billing experience
• Experience with Unanet (strongly preferred)
• Government Contract Accounting experience
  , including familiarity with FAR regulations

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays
• Manage collections and customer follow-up
• Process credit memos and adjustments
• Support month-end close and AR reporting
• Assist with additional accounting functions as needed

• 3+ years of AR/Billing experience
• Experience billing government contracts
• Familiarity with Progress Billing and Defense Contract Billing
• Strong collections, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
